Return & Refund Policy

Because all products are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or change of mind.


Every item is produced specifically for you once an order is placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will happily replace it at no cost. These cases are fully covered by our production partner, Printify.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description

Once verified, we will submit a claim to Printify and process a replacement.
Replacements are only issued for manufacturing errors or damaged products.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Printify does not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Wrong color or variant selected

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Delays in shipping

  • Products were delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Minor variances in placement or color (normal in POD printing)

Because of these rules, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for these situations.

3. Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments

If a customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Printify will not offer a refund

  • The order may be reshipped at the customer’s expense (if eligible)

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

4. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Contact us with your order number

  • We will submit an investigation request to Printify

  • Replacement approval depends on Printify’s review

Lost package claims must be filed within 30 days of expected delivery.

5. Returns to Sender

Printify does not accept returned items.

If a package is returned to one of Printify’s facilities due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • The item cannot be re-shipped for free

  • Reshipment fees will apply

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Printify begins fulfillment shortly after the order is placed.
